Job Purpose |
|
We are looking for a Purchasing Junior Executive to responsible for procuring goods and purchasing operation for the organization. |
|
Key Duties & Responsibilities |
|
- Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the purchasing function and operation
- Monitor product’s quality and delivery performance, ensuring on time delivery goods and meeting specification requirements
- Liaise with all parties including suppliers, warehousing, logistic and internal customers to ensure timely delivery
- Works with internal teams to identify needs for sourcing, hence the sourcing process to identify the right supplier for the right product and optimum price
- Ensuring for all purchase documents issued are adhere to the company’s policies & procedures
- Responsible on monthly KPI result and reporting
- Any other related duties may be added from time to time

Requirements |
|
- Preferably with a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Studies/ Management, Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum with 1 ~ 2 years of working experience in related field, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiating skills and time management
- Proficient in computer application software, such as Microsoft Excel, PPT, Emailing etc
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers

Job Purpose |
|
Due to the company’s business expansion, we are looking for a HR Executive who will responsible for providing support and reporting directly to the HR Manager, in handling matters related to human resource operations and strategically planning HR initiatives that will be benefited to the company. |

Key Duties & Responsibilities |
|
- Mainly responsible for monthly payroll administration, but not limited to other HR functions such as recruitment, training & development, employees performance and engagement
- Responsible for timely and accurately processing and proper maintenance of employee data and other HR related documents, such as personal files and records, attendance, leaves form, contract expiry, corporate insurance, medical, etc
- Responsible for all types of letter preparations such as employment contract, internal transfers, acceptance of resignations, promotion, disciplinary letter and etc., as well as to be documented properly
- Responsible for employees’ EA form and the company’s Form E
- Liaison with statutory government officer for any inquiries
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the superior/ management

Requirements |
|
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admin Management, or equivalent
- Minimum with 3 years of experience in HR environment
- Knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Malaysia Labour Laws and other related legislation
- Good administrative skills mainly in keeping records, preparing reports, well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and able to interact with different levels of employees
- Proficient in computer application software, such as iFlexi Payroll, Microsoft Excel, PPT, Emailing and etc
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred

We are looking for a reliable IT executive/ senior executive to responsible for the delivery and management of IT Infrastructure, system, security, and other IT-related issues within the organization, ensuring that service levels of performance and availability are achieved through the internal IT infrastructure team or external service providers. |

Key Duties & Responsibilities |
|
- To manage and monitor the performance of all IT infrastructure related systems including servers, storage, network, security, backups, and disaster recovery to meet the organization's current and future requirements, as well as to ensuring that it is optimized and that future capacity planning in undertaken
- To manage the network perimeter and IT infrastructure to ensure that the environment is securely protected and patched, ensuring that a security policy is documented and updated, and that regular reviews are undertaken to identify security risks
- To maintain and implement effective IT infrastructure policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, as well as comprehensive records and documentation for the configuration of the IT infrastructure
- Maintain and responsible for daily end-users’ support in PCs, printers, and software related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation including CCTV, antivirus, email, networking and database to ensure system are in good condition
- Propose and source for new technique/ solution for overall to improve IT support
- Work closely with ERP system suppliers to track, identify and resolve ERP system functionality problems and faults
- Manages all IT equipment and assets
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements |
|
- Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum with 5 years of experience in design, configuration, and management of server administration & network equipment
- Understand the basic concept of programming, database, and SQL
- Good understanding of common applications of email, Microsoft Office 365, and social media apps
- Strong in analytical skills with critical-thinking mind set, organizing and communication skills
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients

Warehouse & Logistic Senior Executive / Manager
|

Job Purpose |
|
We are looking for a reliable senior executive/manager of warehouse and logistics to lead a warehouse covering product logistics functions, with a team size of about 30 team members. This person should be able to strategically plan, set-up and manage logistics, warehousing operations such as inbound & outbound, and inventory management as to improve business development and its sustainability, as well as customer satisfaction. |

Key Duties & Responsibilities |
|
- Direct, optimize and coordinate the entire order cycle to ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers
- Make sure that the goods received are in good condition, check that they meet the order specifications and check for any defects
- Develop and recommend improvements to warehouse operations for efficiency and execution excellence
- Prepare and generate analysis reports on inventory operations, stock level, discrepancies and etc. for management review
- Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability
- Supervise, direct and train warehouse staff
- Emphasize workplace safety precautions and employee safety compliance, as well as hygiene in workplace
- Set up and manage KPI performance for direct reporting
- Inspect equipment, tools and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
- Ensure all warehouse staff adhere to all policies & procedures of the Company while performing work assignments
- Resolve with other departments for any daily operations issues or complaints
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the CEO

Requirements |
|
- Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, warehouse Management or similar discipline
- Minimum with 5+ years of experience in managing multiple warehouses, both on-site and off-site, and logistics operation
- Proficient in ERP/ SAP software (Warehouse Management System)
- Strong in leadership with good planning, organizing and communication skills
- Hands on experience in managing medium size warehouses
- Added advantage to those with 5S and LEAN knowledge
